  • What is the process to launch my own branded mobile network?
The good news is we keep it very simple so we can get your branded mobile plans in the hands of your customers as soon as possible. It will go a little something like this: 😍 You meet with the Fastter team and we discuss your strategic goals. 🏅Together we develop your branded mobile network's USP. 🖊️We agree on a marketing and GTM plan with your team. 📱You launch your value packed branded mobile plans to your customers. 🎉You watch churn reduce, engagement increase and customer loyalty soar.
  • What mobile network operator does Fastter use?
We have negotiated a wholesale agreement to utililise the full Optus 5G Network which means customers across Australia will receive the benefit of Australia's fastest 5G.
  • Do I have to have telco experience?
No, leave that all to us! It is our job is to make your customers more loyal for longer by creating mobile plans that keep them connected to your brand so you benefit from a deeper and more lucrative relationship. Your job is to tell them all about it in as many ways as you can and market your new mobile plans to your customers.
  • Can we offer eSim only?
Absolutely! In fact you can offer our rapid switch eSim plans to your customers via a website or app or we can send out branded sim cards to customers. You can also offer a combination of both.
  • Why wouldn't we go direct to the carrier?
Good question. How long have you got? 😉 Take it from us, dealing with the big telco networks is expensive and time consuming. Our team have build their own MVNOs from the ground up and created Fastter to save you the millions of dollars and literally the years of work it usually takes to get your own branded mobile network off the ground.
  • Can customers keep their existing number?
Yes, when your customers switch to your branded mobile network they can keep their number or get issued a new one. We make switching to a better value phone plan seamless.
